Alu-Cast was formed in January 2004 to cater for the rapidly expanding markets in cast iron and cast aluminium rainwater systems. 

In 2008 we expanded our range to include our Aqua-flo, Aqua-BX, pressed aluminium, fascia & soffit and gutter range. 

In 2010 we moved into our purposely built 20,000 sq ft manufacturing plant in Kanturk, Co. Cork. We also set down dies with AMS for our 5” ½ round and 5x4 OG extruded gutter with a clip system that is unique to us.

We are constantly investing in our product range and now carry the largest range in Ireland of aluminium and cast iron gutters, downpipes and hoppers. Our reputation has been built on delivering quality products and a professional service which is focused on our Customer’s needs.
