Alu-Cast’s wall capping, aluminium fascia and soffit were chosen by Vision Contractors who were the main contractors on this new KFC restaurant. The long life span with a slick and modern looking finish to our products made it the ideal product for this project in Douglas Co.Cork.
Our project consisted of the installation of Pressed Aluminium Fascia, extruded aluminium soffit panels and aluminium roof capping’s. The pressed aluminium fascia and aluminium roof capping’s were all powder coated in RAL 7022 which is a dark grey. Both the fascia and roof capping are manufactured for each specific job by Alu-Casts manufacturing team. They come in 3 metre lengths and are fitting using powder coated façade screws on the face of the fascia and on the top side of the capping’s.
Alu-cast’s unique soffit panels are 120mm wide and cut to length on site which in this case roughly 1metre lengths. These soffits were fitted with hidden screws fitted to each panel. The RAL colour used on the soffits was RAL 9002 which is a very light grey.
We also had fascia, soffit and capping’s manufactured to incorporate external lighting on the drive-thru canopy of this 24hr restaurant. These were powder coated in RAL 3001 which is the iconic red used worldwide as KFCs colour.
All Alu-cast products can be made to order for your very own unique project. All our products can be powder coated in any RAL colour in either plain or textured finish.
